“Growing Leaders for Enhanced Performance”.

That was the theme of a 10 week New Leader Training Program organized by the Ministry of Public Infrastructure, Post and Urban Development. 

The program, which concluded on Friday, April 22^nd, 2022 had a total of seventeen participants. The training group was comprised of various members of staff from the Water Services, Public Works and Postal Services Departments. 

According to Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Public Infrastructure et. al. Mr. Daryl Lloyd, the topics of the workshop included but were not limited to: the dynamics of change, effective leadership in the 21^st century, professionalism in the workplace, conflict resolution and report wringing.  

Minister with responsibility of Public Infrastructure, Post and Urban Development in St. Kitts, the Hon. Shawn Richards along with other affiliates of the target Ministries attended individual days of the Workshop to make their input and contributions.  

At the end of the training program, the attendees received certificates of completion.
