As the Nevisian public awaits the arrival of additional water to the island’s supply, an update has been provided as it relates to the Water Drilling Project.
The project is expected to provide over 1 million gallons of additional water online on Nevis, as the island continues to grapple with water rationings, along with the expected influx of returning nationals and visitors for the golden jubilee of the Culturama Festival during the summer.
During the month of March, the announcement was made about the selection of the Water & Oil Company out of Trinidad from a number of bids made by several companies.
