As the Nevis Disaster Management Department (NDMD) continues its Multiple Hazard Awareness Campaign on the island, the entity will continue to broaden its scope and efforts in keeping individuals aware of the measures and information needed in relation to Natural Disasters occurring in the region.
During a discussion on the ‘Youth on the GO’ program on February 25th, Senior Communications Officer of the NDMD, Mr. Jack Ngumbah spoke on the plans of the department to keep the public informed, more specifically with the use of its Student Disaster Ambassadors.
