Nearly 60 cases of Dengue Fever on Nevis, Premier urges all to be vigilant

Mr. Brantley was providing an update on the number of Dengue Fever cases on the island. Out of the five (5) parishes on Nevis, St. John’s (Cherry Gardens, Bath Village etc.), has the most reported cases:

 

 

 

 

 

A sudden onset of fever accompanied by one or more of the following symptoms characterizes dengue fever: headache, joint and/or muscle pain, feeling of great fatigue and Rashes. The VONNEWSLINE was unable to collate the number of cases in St. Kitts. Fogging continues on both islands.
