Nevis is celebrating School Counsellors Week 2025 from Feb. 3rd to the 7th.
School Counsellors Week (SCW) is celebrated in the first full week in February. The purpose of the observance is to highlight the impact that school counselors, have in helping students achieve school success and plan for a career.
As such, Minister of Education, Library Services et.al, the Hon. Troy Liburd said in a statement on social media, “as we celebrate School Counsellors’ Week 2025, the Ministry of Education et al., extends our heartfelt appreciation to our dedicated school counsellors who play a vital role in helping students thrive.”
He added “your work transforms lives, fosters emotional well-being and helps shape a brighter future for our nation. On behalf of the Ministry of Education…Thank you for all that you do!”
