Nevis joined regional delegates at the Miss St. Maarten Carnival Caribbean Queen Pageant 2026, held on Wednesday night at Carnival Village in St. Maarten.

Hosted by the St. Maarten Carnival Development Foundation, under the theme: “Queens of Sun & Sail”, the event celebrated Caribbean culture, elegance, and unity. Representing Nevis was Renee Davis, who competed against delegates from Anguilla, St. Lucia, Antigua and Barbuda, St. Eustatius, St. Maarten, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Barbados, and Trinidad and Tobago.

Davis, who had been crowned during the 51st edition of Culturama, carried the island’s banner with distinction. Although she did not place among the top finalists, she captured the Ms. Photogenic title, bringing recognition to Nevis on the regional stage.

The pageant crowned Emerle Tisson of St. Lucia as the new Caribbean Queen, with  Kentonea Fortin of St. Eustatius securing first runner-up and Keisy Quant hailing from St. Maarten, taking second runner-up honors.
