“Fostering Economic Growth through Innovation” that is the theme for this year’s Fruit Festival.

Organized by the Department of Agriculture on Nevis, the Festival will be held on Friday, July 29^th 2022 from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the D. R. Walwyn Plaza in Charlestown. 

This year’s Fruit Festival will be the event’s 15^th year, following a two-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

According to Director at the Department, Mr. Randy Elliott, the Festival hopes to generate public interest in locally produced fruits. 

The festival will feature a cake competition, a mango ice cream competition, fruit sale and sampling along with musical entertainment.
