Deputy Premier of Nevis, Minister of Agriculture and Culture, visited Anguilla and promoted the Agri-Expo 2026 and Culturama 52 (Culturama 2026).

Nevis’ Agri-Expo is slated for March 26^th–27^th 2026, while Culturama 52 is scheduled for July 23^rd to August 4^th 2026. The Hon. Eric Evelyn visited Anguilla from Nov. 14^th to 16^th to participate in activities for “Hook and Harvest”, which is a farm and sea-to-table and wellness event.

During the three-day engagement, the Deputy Premier attended several events such as: a wellness seminar, a diabetes awareness wellness walk, and a 10-course tasting experience showcasing local farmers and chefs.

Nevis Island Administration’s (NIA) Ministry of Agriculture collaborated with Hook and Harvest to further advance and promote Caribbean sustainability initiatives. While there, Minister Evelyn made a donation of 130 fruit plants, during the event, on behalf of the Ministry of Agriculture in Nevis.

The Deputy Premier also paid courtesy calls on Anguilla’s Premier the Hon. Cora Richardson Hodge, Minister with responsibility for Agriculture, the Hon. Kyle Hodge.
