The Nevis Health Promotion Unit (HPU) in collaboration with the TDC Group of Companies held an “Eat Fresh and Stay Healthy” Salad Sale at the TDC Home and Building Depot in Pinney’s, Nevis, on Friday 11^th, 2025.

The goal was to promote healthy eating which leads to a healthier living, as well as demonstrate that it can also “taste good”. The initiative was held in recognition of World Health Day which falls annually on April 7^th.

There were three choices of salad combos, priced at $5, all prepared by Chef Micheal Henville, who shared:
