A Sitting of the Nevis Island Assembly was held on Thursday July 20th, 2017, at the Nevis Island Assembly, at 10 am.

Premier of Nevis and Minister of Finance in the Nevis Island Administration (NIA), the Hon. Vance Amory, had the first reading for the: Nevis International Exempt Trust Ordinance, 2016, Nevis Business Corporation Ordinance, 2017, Nevis Limited Liability Company Ordinance, 2017 and Nevis Supplementary Appropriation (2016) Ordinance, 2017.

He also moved the second and third reading for the second, third and fourth Bills. Prior to Thursday’s sitting, the assembly convened on July 6th 2017.

The July 6th Sitting marked the 1st sitting for 2017.
