Nevis’ Premier, Hon. Mark Brantley, has asked the Governor General, Sir S.W Tapely Seaton to dissolve the Nevis Island Assembly, thus paving the way for the next Nevis Island Assembly Elections.

The last local elections were held on Dec. 18th 2017, with the Concerned Citizens Movement (CCM) party winning four seats and the Nevis Reformation Party (NRP), winning 1 seat.
