Nevis’ Labour Department will be having an Occupational Safety and Health (O.S.H.) Island Wide Drive Thru on Tuesday October 22nd and Friday October 25th, 2024 between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
There will be 6 locations at which the Labour Department team will be stationed: Reliable Motors in the vicinity of the Villa Grounds, Pinney’s Beach, Dayton Gas Station in Jessups Village, X-Petrol in Camps, Best Buy in Gingerland and finally, Valu Mart in Farms Estate.
This initiative is geared towards employers, employees and customers with the purpose of improving accessibility to and sensitizing stakeholders of proper O.S.H. policies, procedures and protocols suitable for workplaces and different establishments, and also its importance.
