Nevis Symphonic Band will be celebrating 40 years of existence and in light of the St. Kitts-Nevis’ Independence on Sep. 19th (40 years), the Band will host its 40th Anniversary Recital.

The Band, which was formed in 1980 by the late Edgar Bridgewater and the late Sir Simeon Daniel (former Premier), was created mainly to play for official duties, such as Independence.

Director of the Nevis Symphonic Band, Mr. Rohan Claxton, spoke of the Recital:
