Public schools on Nevis will dismiss early on Wednesday, January 28^th, 2026, to allow students, families, and staff to support a “Sprint-Off” Medical Fundraising Event to be held at the Elquemedo T. Willet (ETW) Park beginning at 3:00 p.m.

Admission is a minimum $5 donation, though larger contributions are welcomed. Members of the public may also sponsor individual races for $20, with sponsors names announced before each race. For more information, please call the Department of Education at 469-5521.
