Nevisian man charged with Ecstasy, Cocaine and Cannabis possession

Taj Taylor of Meade’s Pasture, Nevis, has been charged for the offences of Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply; Possession of Methylenedioxy – methamphetamine (MDMA) street names Ecstasy or Molly; Possession of Methylenedioxy – methamphetamine (MDMA) with Intent to Supply; Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Supply.

 

A police communique says the charges resulted from a search warrant that was executed at Mr. Taylor’s residence by officers of the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force’s Criminal Investigations Department (RSCNPF), in conjunction with soldiers from the St. Kitts – Nevis Defence Force (SKNDF) on April 1st.

 

The search led to the recovery of a quantity of vegetable material suspected to be cannabis; several small bags containing a white substance suspected to be cocaine and a number of pills suspected to be MDMA.

            

Subsequent testing confirmed the identity of all three substances as suspected, leading to Mr. Taylor’s arrest. He was taken into custody and charged at the Charlestown Police Station on April 1st.
