Nevisian Public to expect more for Agriculture Open Day 2020 as Director says they are on target

The Agriculture department here on Nevis is gearing up to host another Agriculture Open Day here on the island.
The event which is into its 26
th
edition, will be held on March 26
th
and 27
th
at the Elquemedo T. Willet Park, in Charlestown.
The theme under which this year’s activity will be held is “Stimulating Entrepreneurship and Gender Diversity while Combating Climate Change”
The annual event is geared towards showcasing local produce and products, as well as to give local vendors an opportunity to generate income.
Director of the department explained in an interview with the VONNEWSLINE what the public can expect at the 2020 Open Day as it relates to the theme.

The Director further noted that the general public will be new additions to this year’s ago festival.
