Two (2) Nevisians from the Nevis Sixth Form Collage are among 19 students, who are the recipients of Scholarships from the Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine (RUSVM) for the academic year 2020-2021. 

The Scholarship recipients from the Nevis Sixth Form College are: Derica Wallace, who received the Mova Simmonds Award and Dijonne Hanley, recipient of the RUSVM Excellence Award. 

In attendance of the ceremony were Prime Minister – Dr. the Hon. Timothy Harris, Federal Minister of Education – the Hon. Jonel Powell, Junior Minister of Education here on Nevis – the Hon. Troy Liburd, Dean  of the Ross University – Dr. Sean Callanan and the faculty and staff of the University. 

Some of the other scholarships issued include: the Dean Award, Leadership Award, Edge Award, Denyse Fyfield Award, Ermine Cotton Award, Lynette Isaac Award, etc.
