Deputy Premier and Minister of Land and Housing, the Honourable Eric Evelyn, has unveiled Phase 1 of the New River residential development in St. George’s Parish, with 20 fully subsidized lots as part of Nevis Island Administration’s transformative ‘housing revolution.’

The announcement was revealed at a Town Hall Meeting at the Hanley’s Road Community Centre on July 10^th.

Minister Evelyn noted that while 20 lots are approved in Phase one, more phases are planned. He urged young Nevisians to apply and ‘be patient’ as demand exceeds supply.
