Controversy surrounding the COVID-19 Vaccines continue here in St. Kitts & Nevis, but in the midst of the debate, Health officials, Government Ministers etc., remain tenacious about having 70% percent of the population inoculated. 

The Government of St. Kitts & Nevis is seeking to achieve Herd Immunity, so says Federal Minister of Health – the Hon. Akilah Byron-Nisbett back in March 2021.

Thus far, almost 10, 000 persons received their 1^st dose of the vaccine.

Part of the debate surrounds the alacrity in which the Vaccine was developed.
