The Ministry of Education Nevis would like to inform individuals that private candidates who will be sitting CSEC Examinations for the January 2025 period that timetables are now available for collection.
Persons are asked to visit the Department of Education, located at Marion Heights, Monday – Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00p.m.

Additionally, with the opening of public schools in the federation on January 6th, the Ministry of Education urges parents and guardians to remain vigilant and take extra precaution to prevent the spread of Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease.
This is a common viral infection among young children with the symptoms such as fever, mouth sores and rashes on the hands, feet and buttocks. It is spread through coughs, sneezes, saliva, fluid from blisters and contaminated surfaces.
Some prevention tips include: washing hands often with soap and water, for at least 20 seconds, using chlorine- based disinfectants to clean surfaces, cleaning regularly high contact areas such as doorknobs, remaining at home if you have the virus, and practicing good hygiene, such as keeping hands out of mouths.
