One man was injured in an accident that occurred in the area of Fig Tree, Nevis, lawmen say.

It occurred between 5:30pm & 6pm on Thursday July 13th and involved motorcycle PB – 4120, which was being ridden by Nicklus David of Brown Hill and Vishan Anthony David of Prospect, based on details from police.

While travelling in the direction of Charlestown from the area of Church Ground, Mr. N. David lost control of the motorcycle at a junction near Cane Garden and ran into the roadside bush, and fell off the motorcycle.

Mr. N. David was transported to the Alexandra Hospital for minor injuries.
