Ongoing investigations into two of Nevis’ most recent fire incidents

Divisional Fire Officer at the St. Kitts-Nevis Fire and Rescue Services (Nevis Division), Mr. Garfield Hodge.

He was referencing two (2) fire incidents that occurred here on Nevis.

Three (3) months ago, a fire incident occurred on August 17^th, in which four (4) motor vessels belonging to Wincent Perkins of Newcastle, were damaged by fire.

Four (4) weeks ago, one of the vehicles of local air-conditioning company, The Finished Touch, was damaged by fire on October 21^st.

The VONNEWSLINE spoke with Manager of the Finished Touch, Mr. Leon Lescott, who told us “it’s a clear sign of Arson.”

He added that cameras were on the compound.
