Within 24 hours of the start of the payment process of the CBI Dividend, 25,608, contributors have been paid. This is according to a release by the St. Christopher and Nevis Social Security Board.

The board started the payment process on Wednesday, June 21st and will continue in a number of batches until all eligible applicants have received their respective dividends.

The application for persons new to the initiative who are persons who did not apply for the first initial installment but are making contributions to the Social Security Fund, will open (today) Friday and end on Sunday, July 9th, 2023.

Persons will be required to upload a copy of their banking information and Social Security Card. If a Social Security card is not available, the individual’s birth certificate can be used.

Persons are reminded that if they were recipients of the first installment, they are not required to re-apply.
