Over 267 Students Impacted as TDC Continues Scholarship Tradition

The TDC Group of Companies presented the 2025 Warren C. Tyson Memorial Scholarships on Saturday, August 30th, 2025. Established in 1981, the program supports students entering secondary schools in St. Kitts-Nevis with financial aid, work experience, and stipends. Over 267 students have benefitted, with many becoming professionals including managers, entrepreneurs, and even a Prime Minister highlighting TDC’s ongoing commitment to youth development and education.
On Nevis, this year’s awardees include: Zenobia Johnson of Charlestown Secondary School, and for Gingerland Secondary Zakiyah Stapleton. For St. Kitts they are: Brianna Daniels of Basseterre High School, Tattiana Creary of Cayon High School, Orlando Laplace representing Charles E. Mills Secondary School, Kiarje Carey attending the Saddlers Secondary School, Dezarion Harris of Verchilds High School, and Khervisha Phipps who attends the Washington Archibald High School.
Also, other students would have received school supplies through the The TDC Services Academic Excellence Award. The recipients were: Samuel Grant, representing Charlestown Secondary School, Khalidre Glasgow from Gingerland Secondary, Naima Peets at Basseterre High School, Ann Singh attending Cayon High School, Kieron Richardson with Charles E. Mills Secondary, Jayveon Bradshaw from Saddlers Secondary, Diandra Cotton attending Verchilds High, and Lemar Tobias of Washington Archibald High School.
Meantime, Mr. Nicolas Menon, Programme Director, and Executive Director at the TDC Group of Companies shared this message with students:
