Anamba Wattley of Parson’s Ground, St. Kitts, has been convicted and fined for the offence of Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply, committed on December 18^th, 2025.

His sentence was handed down at the Basseterre Magistrate’s Court on July 28^th, 2026 presided over by Her Honour Ms. Yasmine Clarke.

Mr. Wattley was fined two-thousand dollars (XCD $2,000), to be paid within two months or in default, serve six months imprisonment.
