In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Nevis Health Promotion Unit (HPU) will host “Pink Day” on Friday, October 23rd, 2026.
The public is encouraged to wear something pink in observance of persons who have being affected by the disease, to encourage health awareness and to remind everyone that early detection save lives.
Wearing pink can show solidarity with individuals living with Breast Cancer, survivors, caregivers and their families who have also been affected.
Persons are asked to visit the HPU on Pink Day to collect their pins to honour the importance of the day.
