Pinney’s area to be developed into entertainment and tourism hub says Premier of Nevis
The development of the Pinney’s area on Nevis will transform into a main entertainment and tourism hub on the island. This is according to Premier and Minister of Tourism, Hon. Mark Brantley during Wednesday’s On the Mark Program.
Premier Brantley spoke on the work done so far, more particularly, the Malcolm Guishard Recreational Park which opened its doors in December of 2021. The expansion is not only expected to benefit all citizens and residents but also tourists visiting the island. The project is expected to include the installation of a boardwalk, additional bathroom facilities, restaurants and lighting work.
Additionally, the government will receive funding assistance from the Government of China (Taiwan) for the proposed work needed to complete the project: Here is Minister Brantley:
