That’s Nevis’ Premier, the Hon. Mark Brantley, speaking about the Pinney’s Recreational Park Project.
The ground breaking of the proposed Pinney’s Recreational Park was held on July 14th 2019 and was done by Taiwanese President Her Excellency, Tsai Ing-wen. The multi-million dollar project is funded by the Republic of China (Taiwan), in collaboration with the Nevis Island Administration (NIA).
The cost of the Park is some US $3 million dollars of which the NIA has committed some three hundred and seventy thousand dollars ($370,000.00) of the amount.
