Discussions surrounding the prospect of developing a medical cannabis industry were heightened, following the full activation of the Cannabis Act 4/20 on April 20th, which is the internationally recognized celebration of cannabis.
According to Federal Minister of Agriculture et.al, Hon. Samal Duggins, “our goal is to ensure that laws with respect to cannabis use are clear for all to understand and can allow budding entrepreneurs to thrive in this new industry.”
