PM Harris commemorates the Treaty of Basseterre’s 40th Anniversary
Prime Minster, Dr. Timothy Harris, along with members of the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) celebrated 40 years of existence on June 18th 2021.
This was done as part of the 70th meeting of the OECS Authority.
Dr. Harris made these comments in commemoration of the day’s observance:

The OECS is comprised of Antigua and Barbuda, the Commonwealth of Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat, Saint Lucia, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, The British Virgin Islands, Anguilla, Martinique and Guadeloupe.
