Police Investigate Early-Morning Home Invasion in Saddlers
The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) is investigating a reported burglary and assault that took place in Saddlers, St. Kitts, during the early morning hours of August 27th, 2025.
The incident occurred between 3:00a.m. and 4:00a.m. at the residence of Winston “Monster” Phipps. Phipps reported he was awakened by someone calling his name from outside, then noticed a hand reaching through a window holding a firearm. Shortly after, a second masked individual, also armed, forced entry through a door, and both suspects entered the home.
The intruders reportedly demanded cash and physically assaulted Mr. Phipps before fleeing with a stolen sum of money. He sustained multiple injuries and was transported by ambulance to the Joseph N. France General Hospital, and admitted to the Surgical Ward for medical care.
Police responded to the scene, and the Crime Scene Unit collected items believed to be of evidential significance.
Law enforcement is urging anyone with information which will lead to the arrest of the perpetrators to contact the nearest police station or calling Crime Stoppers at 707.
