A shooting incident occurred at the Cotton Ground Housing Project here on Nevis, in the early morning hours of Saturday Aug. 29^th.

A press release from the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF), dated September 1^st, said: “a male resident of the area sustained no physical injuries during the incident, though his place of residence sustained damage.”

The Crime Scene Unit of the Police Force processed the scene and recovered some items of evidential value. Investigations into the matter are ongoing.
