The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 29-year-old Elvin Mills of Soho Housing Development, St. Kitts.

Lawmen say he is a person of interest in an ongoing criminal investigation.

He is described as 5’6 in height, slim build, having black hair, brown eyes and a dark complexion.
