Police lay six charges against man, in connection with Dec. 11th accident
Jamie Herbert of Newton Ground, St. Kitts, was charged by police in relation to an accident on Dec. 11th 2024, which resulted in multiple fatalities.
On Friday January 17th, Mr. Herbert was charged with five (5) counts of Causing Death by Dangerous Driving, and one (1) charge of Causing Injury by Wanton Driving.
Mr. Herbert’s charges were laid at the Sandy Point Police Station.
The Dec. 11th traffic accident took place on the island’s main road, in the vicinity of Brimstone Hill and resulted in the deaths of at least four (4) persons in St. Kitts.
