Premier addresses public doubts in reopening borders admits CARICOM Bubble withdrawal
Members of the public have expressed their doubts in the reopening of the country’s borders admits the recent spikes in COVID-19 cases in the “CARICOM Bubble”.
One such member who spoke on the latest edition of the “On the Mark” program made the argument that the government’s decision to reopen the borders on October 31st thus inviting the flow of revenue from overseas markets was incorrect due to a surplus in revenue into the government in the years prior.
