Premier of Nevis, Hon. Mark Brantley has urged homeowners to ensure the titles of their homes are in proper order and to gain confirmation that their homes are in fact legally theirs.

It comes as persons, who are making payments to the Nevis Housing and Land Development Corporation (NHLDC), are unaware that the houses are titled in the name of the corporation.

Premier Brantley said that such scenarios often result in many problems for such individuals and that persons should turn to the new setup of the current government:
