Premier of Nevis reminds Public to buy and eat Local in response to recalled foreign lettuce infected with E-Coli
According to a notice from the US Food and Drug Administration published on Saturday, November 21st, 2020 that states: “Dole Fresh Vegetables, Inc. is voluntarily recalling a limited number of cases of organic romaine hearts.….. the recall is being conducted due to a possible health risk from E. coli in the two products. Dole Fresh Vegetables is coordinating closely with regulatory officials.”
