The Nevis Island Administration has previously announced its intentions in constructing a road to better access the southern section of the island of Nevis and promote potential economic activity in the area.

Even with such announcements, questions have come forward as to the timeframe of the project and when major steps will be taken to secure the infrastructure on the island.
