Raheem Nisbett of Prickley Pear Alley, St. Kitts, has been convicted and fined for the offence of Possession of a Controlled Drug to wit Methylenedioxy-methamphetamine (MDMA) (street names Ecstasy or Molly).
According to a press release from the Police Force, Mr. Nisbett was fined EC $3,500 that is to be paid in six months; in default, he will serve one month at His Majesty’s Prison.
Mr. Nisbett’s sentence was handed down at the District “A” Magistrate’s Court by Her Honour Sherry-Ann Liburd-Charles on April 1st.
