During a sitting of the National Assembly on February 12^th, Prime Minister and Federal Minister of Health, the Hon. Dr. Terrance Drew, made this announcement:

Hon. Dr. Terrance Drew. He shared that the funds would provide assistance in getting individuals mammograms, chemotherapy, and radiation amongst other support.

 Looking ahead, the Prime Minister announced that next year’s gala will prioritize men’s health, particularly prostate cancer. He personally pledged EC$5,000 to seed a new prostate cancer support fund.
