Prime Minister deems crime a public health issue in OECS address
During an address, in celebration of the OECS 42nd Anniversary, Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis, Hon. Dr. Terrance Drew, says Crime is a major issue in the region.
In his statement, PM Drew addressed the matter as a public issue that needs the collaboration of citizens and residents of the federation and moreover members of the OECS and the region.
The prime minister also used the opportunity to encourage persons to reflect on the accomplishments of the member states under the organization and to move forward with the mindset of elevating the country:
