To commemorate the beginning of the new 2021- 2022 school year, an opening ceremony was held in St Kitts on Monday, August 30^th.

At the ceremony, Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Education (St. Kitts), Mr. Vincent Hodge, made these comments commending the teachers for the work in executing the online (or virtual) sessions, during the Covid-19 pandemic:
