In an effort to highlight the culinary aspect of the St. Kitts and Nevis, citizens and residents are being encouraged to participate in an activity dubbed “Taste SKN”.

The initiative is a celebration featuring restaurants across St. Kitts and Nevis coming together to showcase the rich and diverse flavors of the nation’s local culinary heritage.

The culinary experience commences today Friday September 15th to Friday September 22nd, over 30 participating restaurants will include either the national dish or an array of creatively prepared local treats on their lunch or dinner menu.

According to the Taste SKN Sub-Committee, the event is expected to be more than just a dining experience but also a journey through the heart of our culture. It was also indicated that very shortly their offerings will be rolled out so that all can savor the flavors of the St. Kitts and Nevis Cuisin
