The general public is currently being encouraged to make use of the St. Kitts and Nevis Inland Revenue Department’s new online platform, “SMARTS”.
The Sustainable, Modernized, Administrative Revenue, Tax System was officially launched on February 6th, 2024 and aims to revolutionize the way the department handles revenue and taxes. It also seeks to minimize the need for in-person interaction as the federation and the rest of the globe moves further into the digital era.
