Public once again urged to dump mosquito breeding items

Nevis’ Ministry of Health continues to monitor the number of Dengue cases on Nevis and members of the public are being asked to get rid of items promoting the breeding of mosquitoes.

 

 

 

Ranging from old buckets to derelict vehicles, officials have sought to enlighten the public on the danger posed to the country’s health in harbouring such items.

 

 

 

Enlightening the public on the importance of discarding such items was Principal Environmental Health Officer, Mr. Mervil Morton:
