That was the voice of the winner of the Delisle Walwyn & Co. Ltd Tourism Youth Congress at the St. Kitts Marriott Resort. Ms. Rainier Martin of the Washington Archibald High School was named the 2026 Junior Minister of Tourism for St. Kitts with a total of 373 points.

 Ms. Martin’s victory follows a strong competition, with Ms. Arianna Blanchard of the Basseterre High School securing second place, and Mr. Zarique White of the Verchild’s High School taking third.

Her win grants her the opportunity to represent Saint Kitts at the Regional Tourism Youth Congress, organized by the Caribbean Tourism Organization, in Georgetown, Guyana from October 5^th to 9^th, 2026. There, she will compete with fellow Junior Ministers in a Caribbean-wide debating contest on tourism in the Caribbean region.
