The Finals of the St. Kitts and Nevis Carnival Soca Monarch Competition was held on Saturday 14^th December at the Carnival Village in St. Kitts.

The event featured 2 segments, the Groovy and Power.

Finalists in the groovy were Ras Kelly, KT Dan, Delly Ranks, Luck Boss, Shanna, Daddy 2 Sec, Mr. Hype and Jazzbo featuring Tobap.

In the Power Segment, Ras Kelly, AkaiiUSweet ft/ Tobap, Riktik, Jazzbo, Jervin V ft/ 5star Pino, Klymate and Tazzy G, Luck Boss and KT Dan.

For the Groovy Category, these were the placements:

The Winner: Ras Kelly for his song entitled “In de Mas”, 1st Runner Up: Jazzbo & Tobap for “Bottle of Rum” and 2nd Runner Up: Delly Ranks with “Celebration”.

In the Power Category, the Winner: AkaiiUSweet ft/ Tobap for their song entitled “Wicked”, 1st Runner Up: Riktik for “On the Block” and 2nd Runner Up: Jazzbo for “Pure Sweetness”.
