In January 2021, Premier of Nevis the Hon Mark Brantley, revealed that there will be a new hotel coming to Nevis, but stated he will “leave the details until a later time”.

In 2022, Hotel developer Mr. Simon Lowe who has plans to build the hotel at Indian Castle on Nevis, says he now has everything in place to start construction:

Mr. Lowe also explained that much of the delays in the development since 2021, were largely due to the pandemic.
