Regularization of Step Workers will begin in the First Quarter of 2022

That was Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Dr. Timothy Harris, speaking in relation to the regularization of the Skills Training Empowerment Program (STEP) workers.

He also went into detail on the new benefits the regularized workers will receive.

The regularization of the STEP workers will be done in a phased approach. According to the Federal Budget estimates, the first phase will cost $16.4 million.
