The St. Kitts and Nevis Restaurant Week 2025 will commence on Thursday, July 16th. The highlight ingredient of this year’s edition will be the tamarind. Residents and visitors will be able to partake in a specially created menu from scores of participating restaurants on both islands.
Mr. Hanley stated that the initiative provides an avenue for chefs to explore their culinary creativity as well as promote the country’s culinary heritage and ingredients. He also went on to mention other positive impacts it offers the nation’s people:
